IMAGE INFORMATION.
The preferred format is digital for submitting images of your artwork. If
sending a disc, clearly label with the artist’s name, number and title of each
image IN ORDER and medium. If photos are submitted, they must be clearly identified
on the reverse with artists’ name, medium, and picture #. Regardless of how you
are submitting, please list dimensions, price or price range and description of
each work below. If you wish to email your images, please limit the size to no
more than 600 pixels.

I have read the information and regulations. In consideration of the 2009 Jubilee Art in the Park acceptance of my application, I agree to accept all decisions of the Fair as final and to abide by all policies. I understand, if chosen, I will need to sign a contract with the Jubilee Art in the Park committee, among other things, payments, requirements and liability.

POLICIES & PROCEDURES
Standards & Rules
• Artists may only exhibit in the category for which they were accepted.
• An application is a commitment to participate. Refunds will be made according to specific guidelines found
under Deposits & Refunds.
• Reproductions must be signed and numbered, and marked ‘reproductions’, and cannot make up more than
30% of the display.
• Any willful violation or misrepresentation regarding the work as defined in our rules will result in forfeiture of
space immediately.
Fees & Payment Schedule
• A currently dated commitment check for space rental of $25 must also accompany each application.
This check will be deposited only if you are accepted.
• A $35 handling fee will be charged for all returned check
Deposits & Refunds
• All cancellations must be made in writing.
• If you cancel in writing 60 days prior to the show, you will receive a refund equal to 60% of your total booth
fee. Cancellations made thereafter and more than 30 days prior to the show will be granted a 30% refund.
Within 30 days of the show there shall be no refund.
Late Application
• Applications received after deadline will be considered subject to availability.
