Thursday August 6th, 2009
The 54th  Annual Queen Coronation, was held at the Morton High School.

Our princesses running for Jubilee Queen were Alexandra Haight, Rebecca Runyon, Kendra Cooper, and Paige Christiansen. Mike Fairhart, "the Voice of Jubilee", was our  Master of Ceremonies introducing a fabulous array of talent. Soloists for the evening were Rick Stockdale, the Eatonville Dance Center team, April & Danika MaComber, and Miss Lewis County 2009, Hannah Ash.
The Miss Congeniality award was given to Kendra Cooper.
Samantha Aron then crowned Rebecca Runyon our 2009 Morton Loggers' Jubilee Queen .

Rebecca will reign as Jubilee Queen for 2009-2010

The Royalty Board Award was presented to 
East County Journal
for his support of Jubilee and the Queen's program.

Morton Loggers' Jubilee Queen Program Information

The winner is chosen based on the following criteria and point system:
  • A maximum of 50 points can be earned from Raffle Ticket Sales (prior to Coronation Night)

Judges Award Coronation Night includes the following:

  • A maximum of 20 points for personal interview.
  • A maximum of 15 points for on-stage question and public speaking.
  • A maximum of 15 points for evening gown.

TOTAL POINTS   100 (possible)

The first Queen's Coronation was held in 1955 when the winners was chosen solely based on ticket sales.
In its 51 years it has evolved into a full-blown pageant, showcasing our candidates' abilities and attributes.
